Why This Site Exists
Myth, then reality. Many homeowners believe concrete pricing is a mystery, or that the first quote is the fair one. In practice, prices follow clear factors: size, thickness, base prep, reinforcement, finish, access and removal of old material. This site exists to explain those factors and make the first conversation easier.
How Matching Works
You tell us about your project. That could be a new driveway, a wider approach, a stamped concrete patio or other concrete flatwork. We then point you toward a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job.

What Providers Are Asked to Do
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the scope in plain words
- Give a written quote that covers the whole job
- Be upfront about timing and weather limits
- Respect your property, especially older homes with hidden surprises
Providers hold their own licenses and insurance where local rules require them. Ask to see proof before work starts.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour, finish, cut or haul anything. We do not set prices, and we do not supervise the job site. The contract is between you and the provider. We also are not a place for urgent repair or customer-service calls.
A Note on Older Homes
A 1950s bungalow or an early tract home can hide old slabs, uneven grades or past patches under the surface. These can change both plan and price. Mention your home's age when you ask for a quote.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to a job. You do not pay Connectedwonder Concrete to be matched. That fee does not change your right to compare quotes and say no. There is no obligation.
